In vanila I indeed found a staff, but not with a new character in Morrowind prologue. My bad if I searched not good enough. Still I find it ridiculous, having other two types of weapons in my inventory but having to search for the required one.
Idk whats unforuntly means. Pathetic words for a trivial matter. Either provide all classes with class weapons or dont provide anyone with any. Give bow, give sword, dont give staff. Logic?
Two classes start leveling their weapons right away, mages run around with swords and bows like idiots.
If you justify such approach I have bad news for you.
If you diont like the way the game is then go else where i'm sure you won't be missed lmao
Do a couple of quests. If you still haven't found a staff by then, you ought to have made enough money to buy one from a vendor.
If you are this impatient, I'm afraid you may not like the game much.
I already like the game pretty much for its some distinct advantages. Its not the matter of impatience, it is unjust that warriors and archers get their stuff handed to them from from the start and mages have to play a bit, do a couple of quests, visit vendors or hope for loot, dont you find? Discrimination, someone from the devs hates mages in games generally. I see no other reason for that.
