In order to be real good in pve or pvp, you must use one or two specific sets, out of the 100 sets. If u stam and use this, set X, if u stam and use this, set Y. That's all. It's like 1-2 sets per build, otherwise u`ll perform bad.
It's just a garbage fest to deconstruct, even if someone says they perform good with a set, if it's not that set that it's the best, they'll be under everyone else.
This.
BIS items are BIS for a reason.
I deconstruct all my sets that I don't need to research.
More like 3-5, depending on role/class/race/resource type.
There are those strange builds that actually work too. But even so, not enough difference, compared to the number of sets out there.
A big disappointer for me is Senche's bite, the buff from roll lasts 5 seconds.... 5. It should at least be 7. 3 seconds of dodge from roll. The roll itself takes one second, so actually 4 second buff. Instead of weapon crit, it should have a 2nd stam recov as well. Rolling costs resources.
Another is hircine's, the 12% is crazy good recov on a medium armor nord warden, but sadly, medium armor, only of use if I am a stamina healer, because I need a bit more damage/crit. Though even so, it would be nice if the last trait, also included some weapon crit, or weapon damage[then hircine meta begins].
I would love it if ALL sets were crazy in their own special way.
A good buff, on say, beekeepers would be with some, or each, health recov bonus being accompanied by a healing recieved, and/or done. Especially since pvp halves your healing [included health recov I assume]
