Powered Weapon Trait/Healer's Habit
Messing around on my MagDK with a healer/support set-up (Resto skills, Energy Orb, Aggro Warhorn) and I was wondering if the 8% healing from the Powered weapon traits stacks with Minor Mending from 5/5 Healer's Habit?

Yes, they stack. Powered trait would be pretty uselss for dedicated heales if it did not stack with healing set bonuses like Healer's Habit's Minor Mending. It's only application would be for off-healers who didn't run healing sets and only used a resto staff when the group needed off-heals.

Other sets bonuses, like Troll King's, also stack with Healer's habit.

Healer's Habit, imo, is one of the best sets right now for dedicated healers. I was running Mending before I switch it and prefer far more. I use 5/5 healer's for both 4-player dungeons and trials, because it has a very nice balance between its Minor Mending buff and its resources management bonuses. Because it's a very good set for resoruces management alone, i run it for solo PVE on my temp healer, even though other sets would improve my healer's soloing dps stats more. The only time I don't use it as a first choice go-to set is in PVP, where I swap it out for Fasalla's Guile plsu Sanctuary, for survivablity and to make my healer a bigger pain to kill, lol--I've literally gone around and around with gankers who had to work serious overtime to kill me off with that set-up. But I do notice a big deduction in my healer's ability to manage magicka resources, which I have to mitigate by chugging tri-pots and workign heavy attacks more into my rotation.
