Ever heard of 'delta' patching? Downloading all 44GB AGAIN?

Seriously guys.. differential patching has been a thing for a very very long time now.. Yet Zenimax patches ESO, and I have to download THE ENTIRE GAME again? All 43.9GB? That's a surefire way to get me to NOT play the game and cancel my sub..

Never had any probplems with patches. Installed game 7 months ago.

Steam install has been acting very strangely for me.. Installed addons, and they vanish after each play session, like the game forgets they're there (files are still there though), and now with this content update, Steam tells me I need to download the whole game again.

Zenimax does NOT care if you have to download the entire game.

You can try and tell support about "delta patching".

I'm sure they will just ignore you and laugh.

Latest patch fixed the game crash? cause i downloaded the whole game since friday and still crashes on my face everytime i open it, the test map is like downloading again so i dont think so, anyone know wshats going on?
