Go to social, then ACHIEVEMENTS, then into QUESTS. shows you which are done or left to do. and there are almost 1,000 quests in game.

There was more than 1000 quests even in base game: 3 Alliances, Coldharbor, Cyrodiil. For today game has waaaaay over 1000 quests because of Craglorn, DLCs and Morrowind.

If you're talking about Pact, then feel free to move further once you get Hero of Bleakrock achievement (gather all lost folks). One of few achievements in game you can fail, btw. You need to complete it before siege started (you will have 2 options in dialogue: keep looking for lost men or start anyways).

Google for Minion (thing for managing and updating addons) and look for QuestMap addon. Its a bit ticky (shows all quests, including those you have no access to because those are from quest chains you didnt completed yet), but helps a lot.

the quest log is not under social. select 3 bars if using xbox controller, then scroll to journal, scroll to achievements, scroll to quests to see what has or has not been completed.🐉💅🏽

Addon named Journal Quest Log [www.esoui.com] works well for this. It shows every quests (incomplete, completed, missable, missed) in each zone.
