Best mid-large home help?
I want to know the best middle to large house I could get. I'm planning to use real money to buy the house so it doesn't matter how much it cost. The only thing matters is that I need to figure out which is the best house since I can't undo the purchase.

Don't you think that is a matter of personal preference? There is no 'best' one.

I love my Sleek Creek House. Not that expensive and close to an outlaw refuge and a city.
It has an inside and an outside that is partly roofed (so perfect for a workshop or whatever). Even comes with a pond.
Got it mostly for how it looked though.

If you just want the most convenient house, your best choice is probably Humblemud. Dirt cheap (it also is mostly dirt) and located right next to the Bal Foyen mini mall. I use that free teleport all the time.

In case you don't know, you can preview the houses before you purchase. Simply travel to the homes to look around them. Pressing F5 will bring up the option to preview either furnished or unfurnished.

As Killiberke said, it's all a matter of personal preference and what you are looking for in a home - is it convenience? Space? Looks?

I suggest you spend some time previewing all the homes before making your decision

Mournoth Keep in Bangkorai. About 300k gold iirc. It's right next to a wayshrine. I'd say it's a meduim sized house. Orc style. Probably not the best house but good value.

The one in eastern part of Reaper's March "Serenity Falls Estate" is a big one and next to a wayshrine, near S'ren-ja.

I'd recomend you buy with in game gold. If you're with a good trade guild (mine has a trader in Belkarth, Craglorn) and maxed out your pickpocketing; you can farm great house motifs, sell them for about 15-16k (on the EU server master merchant has them at about 15-16K each atm). You'll make about 280K-300k a week - if you're somewhat dilligent. At least like I have in the past 2 weeks. Don't know what it's like with the other servers, but motif selling is the way to go; unlike armour, I find motifs sell fast.

There is a 1 hour cooldown with a great house motifs, sometimes you get them on your first mark, sometimes you don't.

If you have the money, get the Witches Festival one – I think it's the cheapest medium home given its 250,000 gold price tag.

I would also recommend you to visit the houses ingame and see which one you like the most.
My personal favourites houses in terms of size & price are:

Medium home :
Domus Phrasticus

Large home:
Forsaken Stronghold
Hunding's Palatial Hall
Old Mistveil Manor

You can also check out my Videos if you just want to get a quick taste of the different houses (the new houses from morrowind and the clockwork city update are not included):

Withes house is 200 furniture limit, which means its Classic. Classic houses are good, but have 200 furniture limit. Large ones (800k+) are 300, and estates (4m+) are 350. Double that with ESO+.

By me, best house for yourself or small guild or rp club is Twin Arches in Bagkorai. It counts as small house, but few things:
- Its big enough, and with ESO+ you have 200 furniture limit, which is enough to furniture your house as much as you want + place some small things like trinkets or books, which is luxory in big houses and estates.
- This small house is big on inside (for a stapple house) AND has a decent yard, unlike other stapple houses which are tiny house with normal yard or tiny yard with normal house.
- There's dwemer ruins nearby, so you can use dwemer and clockwork furniture without beaking lore. Dwemer machines in Eastmarch? F_ck you. Dwemer machines in house located in few steps from dwemer runs? Why not? Plus you can farm those.
- Even if wayshrine is not nearby, there's a city, zoned one. Roleplaying, ho!
- Other stuff, like Bangkorai is a zone of werewolves and vampired and such.

Second best house is Autumn's-Gate, which is kinda same for Twin Arches, but located in The Rift and nord-style instead of redguard-style. No dwemer ruins, tho, but you have Night Mother set workshop instead.

If we wanna tale bigger ones, then:
- Velothi Reverie: 2 floors, basement, yard. Nice house, and its litteraly a smaller version of Quondam Indorilia.
- Grymharth's Woe: no yard or basement, but its nord-y and easy to make tavern or inn; big inner space, 2 floors, 2 fireplaces, Outlaws Refuge nearby.
- The Ample Domicile: if you're into argonians. Cant say anything good about house itself (i'm not into argonians), but location is awesome. House is in Stormhold, capital of Shadowfen, so it has all crafters, tavern, bank, stables and wayshrine nearby + Mages Guild, Fighters Guid and Outlaws Refuge if you'll move via water (untouchable for Guards).
- Old Mistveil Manor is kinda great one, but if you'll think about it, then Manor is a copy of Grymharth's Woe with big yard and balcon on 2nd floor. Riften in few steps from gates, so look at Domicile.
- Strident Springs Demesne: nothing special at all, but its one and only house with waterfall at moment.
