How do I get the crown store?

Hi I want to play an imperial so need to buy the DLc. BUt I can't find the store. Do I have to play the start with a someone just to detele them when I can get to the crown store?

To play as an Imperial, you need to buy the Digital Imperial pack, not the Imperial City DLC (people get that mixed up) and it will be bound to your account.

Hi thanks I brought the crowns to buy it but steam took money and didn't add crowns :(

You have two ways. Make a character, go in, press crown store keybind ( , ) and buy it.

Or you can go to the eso website ( http://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/crownstore/upgrades) log in and purchase there.

Sometimes it is a tiny bit slow, but send a support ticket to both steam Zenimax. Take a look at your billing history on the website, copy the transaction number, and make sure you include that in your support query.
