help i am geting error 1005 acces denied

i am geting error 1005 and i have heard how to fix it except my desktop launcher is just a short cut i cant accses options like run as adminastrator plz help me

its error cause of insufficient permission

A. try to open your antivirus and set exclusion on ESO program
B.
1. set steam run as admin
2. open ESO dir : Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\game\client
3. look for ESO.exe and ESO64.exe
4. set both of them As Admin
5. open ESO launcher dir : Steam\steamapps\common\Zenimax Online\The Elder Scrolls Online\Launcher
6. look for Bethesda.net_launcher.exe, and set it to Admin as well
7. close and launch steam again
