Crown Crates

I got the 5 Crown Crates. Thank you for the gift!

On the down side, I was not impressed with the contents. I got a nix hound pet, two costumes, and the rest was consumables.

I will likely never use the nix hound pet.

With that kind of drop rate, I don't see them worth the Crowns to buy them. This is of course my opinion. I would rather spend the crowns on stuff that I know I will like. Which is few and far between lately.

I still love the Game though!!!!

it's gambling on a CHANCE to get something you really want, but the house/ZOS comes out the winner everytime. CROWN CRATES suck in general, but to give this crap crown crates as a loyality reward to ESO Plus members is a disgrace and Zos should be ashamed of themself. oh and you had to play all 5 days to be able to get them, Shame on you Zos.

Rng luck. I got 5 crates also and got a mount. The 100 gem valued mount. My gambling style is Zen Gambling. Dont give two ♥♥♥♥♥ about the outcome before and after the reveal.

Yea your taking a big gamble buying crown crates, But the rewards can be awesome sometimes! I bought 15 yesterday and i got a Dwarven Camel and another mount and pet. The rest of the junk i got i just turned into gems and used them to buy costumes. The crown crates as big of a gamble as they are, Are a far better use of your money then buying a house in game thats close a hundred dollars.

That place is nothing but salt and entitlement.

Honestly, considering how much you get in each crate, the combined price of all rewards, even if it's just crown potions and stuff, is worth more than the crown crate itself.
You never get nothing, you get 5 things instead of one and you even have a chance at a 6th.
and if you get stuff you don't want or doubles, trade them in and save up to buy one of the prizes you actually want.
Honestly ,for gambling, crown crates are incredibly tame.

They could always only give you a 25% chance at one prize and give you nothing otherwise and no trade-ins (got doubles? whatever)
All of the prizes are just things that don't affect the gameplay (except potions and stuff and even then it's really minor) so it's not even as though they give players insta win if they get something.
I just buy the odd one or two if I have any crowns left after buying other stuff.
and I get a chance at a 2'000 crown mount or something for 400 (as well as other stuff that cost more than 400). Always happy with what I get, even if it's a costume or cosmetic I won't use (I won something)
