What are the best armor ? The craft is important or no ?

1. most of the BiS (best in slot) is dropper armor for now, but couple of crafted armor still really good and most of the time can be cheaper alternative

2. crafting is not very crucial, but better level it up, since means you can much easier to craft set, improve armor, can deconstruct more effectively thus gatter more resources, and also theres daily writ which if you lucky you can get legendary/rare upgrade material

I search the plague doctor for my tank but all i see in location are dasheen but i dont know where in dasheen.

It's a Zone set. Which means you can find them all over that location, For example best way to farm jewelries are dolmens, World bosses on deshaan, delve bosses, random treasure chest and even adds can drop them.

plague doctor is quite good set for tank, but not much, the best armor for tank IMHO untill now is still

Dropped sets can be very sweet, but farming them can be maddening, both for the one farming and from anyone who groups with them. "DID ANYONE GETS ANY X SET PIECES??" That gets old fast, IMO. Best to group up with other farmers. True, these sets can be very, very good--I really liked the Ranger's Gait set for my new stam dps char, until she levelled up and moved on to a zone where they don't drop. I don't have time to go back to those zones to farm pieces or visit every bleeping guild vendor, so now I have to make do with lesser fancy gear for her level. So these dropped sets quickly becomes a love/hate thing. If I ever really invest in acquiring a dropped set, it'll be for cp160.

Dropped sets also fail with aesthetics since you can't control what motif they'll come in. Costumes are an alternative, and the Crown Ctore has a very scammy option to dye one equipped costume that I cannot rec even if it seems cheap. Ideally they would add motif alterations or other customizations, but unfortunately at this stage in the game's development, it's all about sustaining profit, and not giving more free in-game options to long-time players who've been putting up with the lack of these kinds of options already

I really wish they would improve the craftable sets and add craftable jewelry to them. they keep rolling out new craftable motifs, even selling them in the crown store (and yes, i'm a sucker--i just bought the Assassian's League motif after it become apparent that many major pieces of that set are insanely rare). When I started playing, craftable sets were really the thing, and it made crafting mastery a worthwhile investment. It's frustrating that some of thesecraftable sets are still really good, but without jewelry pieces like you can get with dropped sets, one would reasonably baulk at the extremely lengthy time and effort it takes to get your crafting mastery up to the level you need to make some of them (or baulk at the crazy prices master crafters might charge you for them--finding someone in your guild who's willing to make them for free is usually best, although some crafters like myself are no longer willing to make craftable sets without some sort of payment for our time, because we want to play the game too, not spend our time online making sets for free, so we just don't offer our services to guildmates).
