How can i switch from Morrowind dlc to base game.

So i recently bought ESO with the Morrowind dlc and i was wondering ho/if i'm able to switch from Morrowind to the main game. This might sound confusing so let me simplify this, i bought ESO with Morrowind dlc but when i started the game it started in Morrowind and now i'm wondering if i can explore more than just Vvardenfell, don't get me wrong i love the place but i have a feeling it might become stale the more i play (the same happend when i played Skyrim, i just got tired of the boring, mountainy nord land so i went on vacation on Solstiem). So am i able to explore Tamriel after i finished the Morrowind dlc or am i just stuck on Vvardenfell, or am i to stupid to realize i'm able to switch when creating a new character.

I believe you can travel to the starter zone and explore Tamriel from there. Head to a wayshrine and zoom out on the map until you see the other zones, hopefully you'll find a wayshrine you can travel to in another zone.

Morrowind is the prequel to the ESO questline, apparently. You are meant to do it first, then you go to mainland.

You can skill that by either getting to coast/docks and taking a boat, or playing until you get to your first wayshrine, then you can post to starting zones for mainland, or teleport to the Harborage.

as people have seid, you can wasshrine to the starting location

if you wanna do the "main story" then you have to finish morrowinds main quest first

Lucifer, thats not right. To play the Main-Story you need to wait until a strange woman asks you to talk to someone in Dovans after u traveled to another city. You do not even need to talk to Vivec or help this canons.

i have yet to find that on my toon i made after morrwind and i have been doing a run outside vvardenfell (i whyshrined to there old starting location and started from there)

You can start Main Quest right away, don't need to complete anything in Morrowind DLC.

Yup, Morrowind and Main Quest arent related. You can always travel to any main land location's capital (like Davon's Watch), meet Mysterious Person, take quest and - poof - mass sacrifice video - you're in Coldharbor Prologue. Same with if you started character when you havent own Morrowind, you can goto any tavern, meet Azura's worshiper, take quest - poof - you're in Morrowind Prologue.
