Suggestions for templar builds

I've been away from the gaming world for a bit over a year and Im ready to go back to ESO. I have never played the templar before and I wonder what types of builds are viable in PVP right now. Is there any type of good templar build for damage that actually works in PVP? I don't want to play only to heal others. Thank you!

Stamina Tank Heavy Armor with Blazing Shield used to be good pre-nerf. Now, I'm not sure.
