HDR support on PC (ESO Morrowind)
Hi,
I bought the pack of ESO Tamriel Unlimited + Morrowind and all of sudden, while i was playing,
the screen turned black for a few seconds and when it came back the game was in, what appears to be, HDR mode.
I have a GPU that supports HDR (GTX 1070) and also a UHD HDR TV (Samsung KS8000).
I'm positively sure that this was HDR mode!
The colors were better and the brightness was in a higher level, the effects of spells etc were amazing.
The difference in image quality before and after the black screen was like day and night!
I also have experience in how HDR looks cause I played a couple HDR games such as Horizon Zero Dawn(PS4 pro) and Mass Effect Andromeda on PC.

Problem is that every time I boot the game is in HDR off and I don't know what I did to cause the black screen and the change to HDR on.
I cant reproduce this result again.
Anyone has a similar experience ?

my video settings are:
Fullscreen
3840x2160
vsync on

edit: i'm on Windows 10 with HDR on in display settings

Mabye turn vsync off, I heard some bad stuff about it I think, idk about you, but who TF uses a T.v. for PC gaming? Idk, sorry if I seem rude but whats with t.v.s and PC's, I just don't see how thats comfortable.. sorry. And I can't really help anyways since, I usally use a PC moniter, not t.v., sorry.

It appears to be random!
Every time i boot the game it's either HDR on or off...
I still cant determine what affects it.
Any help would be appreciated

I use tv sit on my couch 8 feet away very comfortable xbox controler 10 hour gaming sessions. My hdr sometimes does this but I turn off tv and on and it comes back this very rarely happens.

Trigger Yes my TV is on gaming mode.

AndyRobby Me to bro, plus i have a small table to put my feet on, very comfortable! xD
Some times it happens during gameplay also.
I'm with HDR on and after a couple of hours black screen happens and it turns it off.
