Error 210 - Patch manifest error download fail

I've tried to verify game cache and to verify game files, but they've all failed, please send help xD, thanks

THis is currently happening to me right now. It can't download a patch and when I click on 'repair' this is all I get :-(

do you have ESO and Steam in C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)
if yes then thats the cause
NEVER install game and community software into these folders!
otherwise Windows User Accoutn Control (UAC) will cause crash, and or block installation and or bug it.

to fix it:
uninstall those
and reinstall them in like C:\Games or such or D:\ Games or other

I've fixed it a long time ago by launching as admin xxD

Just started happening to me as well.. Setting the launcher to launching as admin, just means the launcher won't even try to open.

PC reboot seems to have cleaned it up.... "Did you try turing it off and turnin it on again?"
