Store Purchased Dyes

So, I few months ago I purchased a cool looking red and black dye set from the crown store for 75 crowns. I think I applied it to a costume, my Dark Brotherhood one. I have now created a new toon and I am unable to find those dyes again, with or without that costume. Are these costume dyes character bound only? Or is there something I am missing here?

Crown store dye stamps are one use only. The ones that give it to you in inventory, one use only, for the character you bought it for.
