How to re-enter the Jarol estate and Wine cask passage after doing "signed in blood?"

Why am I asking? One amazing place to rob/steal from, is there a way to get back inside those 2 places? I'd rather not have to keep asking random players to keep getting me back inside ;-;. I also just learned "this door is opened elsewhere" when I tried entering the wine passage thing. Can someone please answer this question ;-;?

I already completed signed in blood quest where you have to kill that 1 noble. I just wanna know how to re-enter his house/wine passage/cave thing to go on a robbing spree T.T

where you transported there? you may need to find the boat or npc that can take you back. it is possible that that is not part of the open exploration areas. if im not mistaken there are a couple quests where you cannot return to the area after you are done.
