But just keep in mind that most quests don't update as group quest. They only update for you personally. So basically you are all doing your own personal quests in a group. You can't see if the quest has updated for groupmembers and can't even share quests with friends. This is a very weak point of ESO.
The upside is that mobs are always your lvl, for everyone in the group, even if they are different lvl. Your loot is also personal and always your own level. So you can always group without nerfing your xp or something because of lvl difference.
