two handed or one handed plus shield for Dragonknight
which is best?

There is no best, it's about what you want to do with it. one handed and shield is a tanking line. handed is more of a pvp stamina line. The question is how are you going to build your DK.

Why not try both? You can go to any Alliance Capitol and reset your skills and stats for gold

Right now i'm doing both 1h+shield and 2h. Seems to work pretty good.

2h is great for a Stamina Dragonknight. Igneous Shield + Rally will keep you alive. 1h + Shield is great for a DK Tank, regardless of attribute.
