Is there any way to level alliance war skill line ...
Besides mindlessly bashing my face into a wall for days? I've tried to put up with the endless fail that is ESO's pvp..all I want is one damn ability from the tree and I can leave it alone. After 3 days of grinding I'm at 4..need to get to 6. What makes this "fun" ? For 2 days it has been the exact same thing. Same location, same events, same strategy..or lack there of, same outcomes.

DC pushes AD to keep, EP jumps in and attacks from behind, thus AD gets the upper hand, pushes DC back to other keep. Rise repeat. For 3 days it's been the same thing...NOTHING has changed. I've tried finding other groups but aside from the odd person doing a quest or picking flowers, everyones basically on the same thing. Every once in a while someone will say "___ is getting hit" then "____ is good" before anyone would have been able to make it to help anyway.

Is there really no other way? No quests you can do? No other form of pvp? Hell..I'd pay off the crownstore just to skip this mindless grind. All this for one ability that works with my build.....I should have just skipped it lol.

The easiest way to level the skill line is to get AP. The fastest way to get AP depends on how well your group is performing on any given day.

However... healing is by and far the easiest way for you to get AP as part of any group. If you don't mind the hassle of a respec, just go do that, toss on a Resto staff, and heal the zerg for a couple days. You should get to rank 6 or 7 rather quickly.

Thankfully this doesn't take as long as it used to, though. It used to take much, much longer than it does now.

I assume you're going after Caltrops? They're very much worth it, if that's what you're after. Any stamina build pretty much requires them... even more so after the coming change to them.. although I don't agree with the duration change, the cost reduction coming makes it more managable. (They're going from a 30s duration to around 10s, but having the cost reduced dramatically, and the damage increased to compensate. It'll make for a less stale roation, at least... I guess?)

I'd like to pay ~5000 crowns to skip this ♥♥♥♥ and get Legionary (open all Alliance War skills, i want Magicka Detonation). Sure, there's 5 quest hubs, 10 quests each, 250 ap reward. Which means 10*250*5= 12500 ap per day. And you need ~3 hours to complete them all. Not mention for now 3 of 5 quest hubs are capturable, so you need to be a real ninja to get/complete quests there. Because PvP NPC guards see through sneaking and fast on long-distance attack.

How much you will get depends on your luck and raid size. I got ~60k ap yesterday. Got Vigor and made half way to Caltrops. 3 more times like this, and i can say "f___ you" to Cyrodiil.

I got into a small group this morning while not many people were around. We just kept taking over resource and leaving. Only a few instances of fighting other players. Wasn't fast but it was consistent. I'm now up to about 40% through 5. Hopefully ill be done with the grind tonight.

go kill 1 dungeon boss every hour and get 20% AP Boost.
