so the last few days we have been getting log in issues yet we don't see any improvements or fixes to the issue.

Don't unistall the game that won't help the problem. The problem is server side instead of client side. NA servers are down which means manual mantenace is going on, or the NA servers crashed for PC clients. I got on the console version of the game, and NA servers work fine. So it has to be something along those lines of manual mantenance without anncouncement, which is wierd, or the servers just crashed, and I bet they are working hard to fix the problem at hand. All "we" can do is just wait. (The EU servers work just fine!) >:(

There is no maintenance going on, I can log in to NA servers just fine. This hits different users at each time meaning it is due to overload / queue issue.

They need to upgrade the server capabilities to service more clients at a time

Try switching to EU and back again without actually joining it. After a few seconds NA updated and I was able to join.

logged into eu server and ♥♥♥♥ is great over there

I use the NA, connecting from my PC. I live in Illinois. My ISP is working just fine.
On the login screen the Announcements cannot be retrieved. Which tells me the servers are down.
Was able to play yesterday late afternoon & evening, but today the site is dead for me.
So what happens when they put Morrowwind live?

This same thing happened a couple months ago. All you need to do is wait for the crown advert window to show up in the launcher. If the crown window doesnt show you dont have a connection. If it doesnt show then log out completely and try again. I will even reboot the computer sometimes to clear out any files that maybe hung in the system and then you can log in. Just be a little patient and you can log in.

Yeah, I'm one of the idiots paying for an ESO Plus Membership. It definitely doesn't buy any priority access!

Everyone better buy more houses with crowns. ESO can't afford a decent modern server farm. Don't make an mmo without buying servers that can handle the workload. Total FAIL.

I'm in Chicago, Illinois too, and can't login still. Relatively new account as well.

I've tried repairing the game, a DNS flush, and restarting to fix things; none of that helped me I think. Now I'm starting in EU in the Wailing Prison trying to see if that jumpstarts the other server, maybe when I get outside of the prison maybe?

Does it matter that my NA character [only one] was in the middle of completing a quest for the Undaunted, the initation? I doubt it should, like a corrupted game save, but this still makes me feel that way.

Jeez man, my entire weekend of playing some of this game almost gone, for my one character at least haha. Pretty lame yo!
