Mystery island off glenumbra?

So I was doing some exploring to find some dungeons, wayshrines etc. around the east side of glenumbra, and then off in the distance I spotted a tall white tower.
on the map theres a desert island on the east side of the map and I was wondering:
How do I get there?

That is what you see.

The isle appears in The Elder Scrolls Online as part of Glenumbra, however, passage to the isle is blocked by Slaughterfish in Iliac Bay. If one does manage to get past them, the isle is free to roam. The surface is very odd and hard to navigate, and the Direnni Tower does appear, though cannot be entered.

Its called stros m'kai and u can get there by boat but from only one port. I think u have to go to betnikh first. Another island

Well I tried from most possible nearby islands to reach the island, but I still get killed by fish.
