Hybrid builds any good?
I've been wondering if a hybrid builds would work. To me it sounds like I wouldn't have to worry about resources that much since I'll be using both magicka and stamina abilities as well as putting points in both, however I'm not sure if it would be the most effective in dmg.

Thats why the Warden is in game, that class is damage, support and heal all-in-one.

Yeah I really like the Warden I played it during the closed beta. I was thinking of making a NB though.
Definitely would not reach high numbers in terms of dps
I run as a hybrid templar tank, have had great success up to vet dungeons so far.
This game hates hybrids, so in 90% of builds you gonna get a useless ______ bad in everything. Except, maybe, tanks, they need both Magicka and Stamina.

Warden is _______, and we already had "tank + damage dealer + healer all-in-one jack of all trades", Templar. Which is better than Warden in all of those roles. I really like graphic effects of Warden, but he is useless _______.

I'm really liking the Warden so far and the tank I made during the pts worked really well, it had survivalbility as well as high sustain. I'm not sure if they changed it since then though.
Main reason Hyrids are not viable, is because your damage is scaled off magika or stamina. If you split stats between the two, will always heal less, do less damage.
Yes using and Dragon Knight I have played it with half and half, and it worked just fine, in fact I have very good surviavability with that. If my magic runs low you use my stamina skills and vise versa. But right now I run it about 52 stamina and 12 magica.
Personally I think this min max thing is overblown on its importance, just play what ever is fun, you can respect any time.

Trouble you get with warden is that it doesn't do anything better than any of the other classes making it pretty lame. Altough I would think it is better in a PVP role if you use it to support others, but othwerwise the Templer or DK are better imho.

The only Hybrid builds that work are for Tanks, where you put about 10 points into Health. Otherwise, you're only hurting yourself. Combat will never be balanced as long as they keep using this system.
