Game won't even start

I bought the game a few days ago, I have tried to play it but for the life of me it doesn't run on my computer at all. My pc meets and exceeds the pc requirements for the game. I've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. Once I click on it to play it just gives me a black screen and then completely freezes; I can't close it normally and for some reason if it does run, I can't tab outside of it because it crashes, it even lags my task manager and I have to restart my pc.
Someone please help me out.
