In the mean time, what I do is, Start by driving the track as if your on a Sunday drive, not fast, just leisurely while trying to hit apex of each corner. With every lap, just drive a little faster. Normally, within 5 laps or so, you should have a good understanding of whats required with braking for each corner. After that just continue to push & watch the lap times drop.
Modding won't be a thing until after 1.0 due to licencing issues & Kunos wanting to provide tools to the community. So probably a year out at least.
