Ignition system needs a rework

I think that cars should be quipped with thier respective gearboxes so an automatic is unable to switch off the ignition when not in Parking "gear" and for manuals we should be "push" start them on a fly.

If this is to be a complete sim then we go for a complete realism both in terms of car driving physics and for car functionality. Me personally I would like the car list to be shorter but the quality to be higher.
