Cannot get out of the first screen. Game keeps crashing

After first screen game crashes

I have owned this game since launch and have NOT EVEN PLAYED ONCE BECAUSE IT WONT OPEN!!!!

Me too. The game scratch when i try tou launch it.
I remove the ACE directory inside my "Documents" without any result.

In the log file, i find these messages :

Might seem a silly thing to say, but have updated your gpu drivers. The errors are related to DirectX.

Did you try to keep it windowed r? mine didnt like full screen - just music, but when i switched with tabbing i saw the fiat 500, so knew something was running - after in windowed for longer before fullscreen it worked

I have tried everything all drivers updated, flashed bios disabled AV deleted ace folder checked windows defender

Same thing here. game crashes when trying to enter a race/practice session, and my log file shows very similar errors as above (referencing "setd3d11" stuff.

Tried 'very low' graphics, updated my graphics drivers, deleted ACE folder from /documents. still no luck.

I also have version 1909 and also a white screen. Were you able to solve the problem?

I also had constant crashes when trying to enter a race or practice session. I found I had to set all settings to as low as possible (there are one or two things you can still reduce after going to very low) and also reducing my native resolution down to 720p, the min in game, and then running the game in windowed mode. Fullscreen would still crash. It seems to have stabilized a little since, i can now run in fullscreen, and even at 1080p on my 4k monitor, but i will still get crashes eventually after multiple practice sessions or if I try to turn graphics up.
It looks terrible at those settings, but at least i can drive.
Give it a try. Fingers crossed for you guys.

When the screen is white when running on Windows 10 ver. 1909, upgrading to a newer version helps. After that, the game started.
I still haven't figured out what exactly the game doesn't like about the Windows 10 ver. 1909, but updating the system helped.

I am trying to use the 22H2 version of the virtual machine, but I found that the NVSDK_NGX_Parameter_SetD3d11Resource function keeps repeating errors. I have updated the GPU driver to the latest version
