How to properly bind headlights.

So I have tried every freaking setting pertaining to the headlights. Wtf is light cycle vs light stage. If I map light cycle, no matter if I have it set to press, constant, hold, it just blinks and goes off. It's infuriating I cannot get the headlights to stay on. Can anyone shed any light on this? Thanks.

Go to menu then assists and turn off “automatic headlights”. Basically automatic headlights is turning off your lights as soon as you turn them on, really silly — it should only automatically turn on lights at night, not turn them off during day
