Why the 3th person camera is so stiff\static?

Feels like it’s locked to the car it’s so off putting.How to make it more dynamic like in AC , or BeamNG ,

The entire experience with EVO feels like a massive pile of disappointment. The physics are underwhelming, the interface is clunky and outdated, and the camera work is nothing short of a disastrous failure. Everything that made the original Assetto Corsa great seems to have been either overlooked or outright discarded

Come on man , even GT7 and AC had great 3th person camera with dynamic movement.
