No control option for cycling camera through views

I can't find an item to bind cycling the camera view to in controls settings.

on the xbox controller it's Y, some of the control binding just won't work even if you bind them cause of Early Access

Look in settings under camera and bind “Drivable” . That is the key one that toggles the camera while driving.
