Report a translation problem
1) Change the aspect ratio to something else, then put the resolution way down and then toggle fullscreen on and off again (for some reason the game gets confused about when it's in fullscreen or not).
This should put it in a window you can move around, then:
2) Move the window to the desired monitor you want it on and then adjust the aspect ratio + resolution to what's native for your monitor. This should put it in borderless windowed, however Do NOT toggle the fullscreen setting as otherwise it will default back to your first monitor again.
Unfortunately, I have to do this each time I launch the game but it's a temporary solution for me at least.
Forcing it to a lower aspect ratio did the trick thanks!
