Assetto Corsa EVO

Assetto Corsa EVO

Game runs in slow motion
So i just downloaded the game but when i start the race it runs really slow. Its not an FPS issue - when the FPS is limited to 60 (default setting) i get on average around 58, with the FPS limiter turned off its around 140. I tried different graphic presets but it doesn't change anything, it's like everything is happening in slow motion.
I have also noticed some graphical glitches on some of the elements.

Have anyone else encountered similar issuea?
BTW I run it on Ryzen 7 7800 X3D + 7900 XTX.

EDIT: It seems that the slow motion issue is related to the controller, disconnecting it fixes the problem.

no such issues - 5900X + 32Gb ram + 6900XT (no OC)
running in 2K native on high preset and amd reports 94fps avg (120 limit)
- RSR disabled
- FMF2 high/quality
- Chill 30/120
- Sharp disabled
- Sync enabled
Adv:
- AA adaptive
- Ani 8x
- Texture Standard / SFO enabled
- Tess AMD opt.

I had major stuttering with POE2 which i fixed by fiddling the Tessellation mode > override > between 2x and 8x. It may help with fresh games stuttering until a driver or patch sorts things out

Oh i didnt change ingame gfx much except disable motion blur - hate that.

I will check this out, for now I have noticed that disconnecting the controller fixes the issue for me.

Excellent! This worked and allowed me to quickly test the game with the Xbox controller before I get the wheel and pedals out.
your settings fixed the slowness. thanks

I have the same issue when I have my Xbox Controller connected alongside the steering wheel (G29). When I disconnect it, the issue is gone.
