How do you choose another car?

I started the career, chose a car, and now I dont have money for other cars, but I still can't see any other cars.
I tried renting but it wont let me either.

I'm stuck with one car.

When I win races, it doesnt pay me. it says its not connected

You have to complete the license tests to advance and get access to new cars and rentals. You will earn credits for completing license tests. Race prize earnings are apparently down at the moment. They will eventually return.
