Laguna Seca licence test

I cant get better than 1.37 secs need 1.35 Im losing time taking off that AMG is a beast anybody got tips besides just practice

Corkscrew problem, your close enough. Fix the corkscrew. Think of water flowing..... Just swoop through it. Took me a few dozen tries.

It's very hard I can't get under 1.37 - 1.38 either in R3-03 Laguna Seca. Going to put the car's traction control up to TC4 and see if that helps as I'm all over the place.

What's your car's traction control set on? Default TC2? (You can see it under the tacho).

Thanks for the replies guys.I hit the top of the corkscrew in 2nd hit third going down with light throttle so I dont lose traction.Traction control cant say at the moment but I did set 2 buttons to raise and lower it didnt notice any difference.When I play next I will check.

Yea got 1.35.950 gave me a star. I did check tc set it on 10 but I drive with the 2nd outside view now to get frustrated again even though Im having fun.

Oh man I can't count how many times I didn't even make it to the corkscrew haha tried to cut that fast speed corner too before it but hit the that yellow bump and my car disappeared off screen then the game crashed 💀

You can adjust the car's individual traction control (separate from Stability settings) in the cockpit. The AMG GT2's default is TC2 so I'm going to increase it to TC4.

Messed that corner a few times myself I think that the last corner is critical braking as late as possible and not running wide on the exit,

Just to add to my last post the 2nd last corner you can cut a fair bit without a track violation

Good luck you will need it. I hate that second to last test with suzuka. Maybe its me but Ive got a problems with it.

The car you have to use could use a 7th gear

I spun that car 180 degrees on my first two attempts at the start. That thing is a beast. They only car I know of(Camaro?) you can do that with on default settings.

I made all the tests and most of them were not too hard in the end but Suzuka with the Porsche, I can't beat that time (although I was very close already). I have pretty good control over that car and no issues with having no TC but... my lap times are fairly inconsistent even when I'm doing about the same driving. Lap feels fast but is slow, next lap I make a mistake even and I'm faster somehow so I have a hard time on this track to figure out where I'm slow and why.

The Last challenge with the Ferrari at Mount Panorama was pretty easy and in my winning lap I still see a lot of potential for optimization, I can clearyl improve on that but at Suzuka I simply don't see what I'm doing wrong so improving is a bit hit and miss for me.

you can spin it ? after 1.5.1 the AMG drives like a house cat instead of a leopard. I need to disable TC to get a little bit of wheel spin xd. GDm why is it so different here for me ? Controller Player ?

I can spin that too, just give it a little too much throttle in a curve and you will lose traction. Do you have the stability assist on 100%? This makes the car more stable and less prone to spinning - I have this turned off completely.
