That has nothing to do with it. Cross play is not cross play between pc and PC. Of course it will have that.
Cross play means PC and console.
Other racing games 'not all' that have cross play have to lock multiplayer to 60 fps. "FORza Motorsport'
I know what is crossplay I used a weak PC as an example to say it would be the same with a console.
Apparently Forza has a problem with the frame rate : high fps can alter the physics, that’s why they cap it.
Otherwise there is no reason for crossplay to limit the frame rate.
