Version 0.1.5.1 Screen redraw slow - unplayable here

Still experiencing this, Screen draws are so slow, menu slowly paints.
GPU when attempting to single race jumps to 90 plus percent when race starts, 120 mph is like 5. It’s like watching the slow mow matrix shot of the bullets coming by, but instead its racing. Totally unplayable for me for some reason. Use to run fine. Tried Assetto Corsa it works fine, other racing and flight sims fine, just seems to be an EVO thing.

Things I have tried:
Windows 10 Host (Daily driver but everything is fine)
Windows 11 Host (Clean install a few weeks old)
Windows 11 Laptop with 2070 super in it
Reboots, reinstalls, moves to different hard drives (ALL SSD and NVME tried as well)
High graphic settings
Medium graphic settings
Low graphic settings

Main Host:
• Nvidia 3060 Super 12 gig
• 32 gig system ram
• I9 11KF

Laptop:
• Core I7
• 16 gig ram
• 2070 Super
