Assetto Corsa EVO

30 FPS stuck
I have NVIDIA RTX 3060Ti and Ryzen 7 5700X on windows 10 which I believe should be more than enough, but I only get 30FPS. Why? I tried all settings (high - low) all same.

im running at the absolute lowest settings possible. overcast settings to even avoid shadows and reflections, and I get 55 FPS. Guess i shouldnt complain.... :) Iracing gives me 200+ FPS though.
All settings exactly the same? This sounds like some 'issue' with your computer (no offense inteded here, but your specs can run the game properly), there are these cases reported quite often were FPS are stuck at certain values although people with the same specs can run it properly at much higher FPS.

The game is somewhat sensitive to certain things like having documents folder in OneDrive instead of a local documents folder, also it seems to demand some bandwidth from the GPU's PCIe bus so certain modern graphics cards (PCIe gen 4+, but only 8x) perform very poorly on older motherboards with only PCIe Gen 3 in AC Evo.

So far noboy collected all the data of what might cause these problems because everyone just starts his own thread so it's hard to actually give advice how to fix these issues - Best bet would be making a fresh windows installation without saving documents in OneDrive, then install GPU and Chipset drivers and try again.

Well... to get more information about 'stuck' FPS, is there anybody out there who had this issue and got if fixed?

Is the screen resolution 1080p? I can display 60fps with 9 AI cars at 1080p without upscaling on a GTX1080ti at Low/Mid.

Additional note:
If your screen resolution is 1440p or 2160p, your current GPU performance may be 30fps.
Also, please check to see if there is a frame limit.
- Setting>Video>DISPLAY>GAMEPLAY FRAMERATE LIMIT: No
It is important to know the screen resolution and refresh rate of the monitor you are using.

I'm guessing it's MAYBE a pc issue. I'm not blaming your pc yet or anything of the sort. The reason why I say that is I have a 3060 FE and as of the latest patch. I'm running the game at 1080p, High settings, with the extra detail toggles for static and shadows enabled, DLSS on performance and I'm getting on average 75fps and upwards of 100 even sometimes. It's very possible that there's some component in your PC that isn't playing nicely with Evo. And/ or Evo still needs tons of optimizations and what not. Again, not putting the onus on you or your pc.
nothing wrong with us pc the game its broken af, i know its ea but still the performance not exist in this "sim"

rtx 3070, 5700x3d with dlss performance with 21 cars 45fps to 30fps high to medium
Well... the game isn't broken for me... runs on ultra settings at stable 60 fps for me with 19 opponent cars (4070 super, but only at 900p because my actual monitor broke).

But sure, there are issues to fix but it would be helpful identifying the cause of these issues. And of course, if at two computers with about the same specs we see completely different performance, there is something in one of these computers that is causing the difference - and this is what we have to find so solve two problems:

1) Affected players immediately have a fix and don't need to wait for a patch

2) The developers can fix the problem in the game easier and in less time

Performance for me is okay. It will get better. Medium setting native resolution with no upscaling. ~115 fps. 5120x1440 resolution, 5800x, 7900xtx. 32gb ram
