Practice mode should have all the cars available
If you want to play the "story" and do the online stuff, then grinding for cars makes sense I can agree with that. You participate in races, you buy cars, you show off your cars, fine.

But, if I just want to do a couple of solo time trials in practice mode, then all the cars in the game should be available without restrictions just like they were before.

the licenses are a relic of the past nobody wants in 2025.

the cars costing money is a relic of the past nobody wants in 2025

go sandbox all the way.

i personally have nearly 100 hours in the game and i will NEVER do a race in it thats not multiplayer. i will otherwise ONLY play open world and drift.

the single player racing is by far the last thing im interested in.

Agree, I dont race at all really, I just like to hot lap. So I wont be touching this game again until I can time trial in all cars and tracks. This is AC not Forza or Gran Turismo FFS

You seem to be confusing your opinions with fact.
Agreed

Wanting to play at pretend money to buy cars and live a fake pretend career is kids game junk verses learning real racing skills in a realistic simulator

I haven't had a chance to play since today's update and I thought all cars were not available offline currently and wanted to make the point that they should be. Glad to hear that they are. I jumped the gun a bit. Sorry all.

I also agree that Kunos needs to confirm that this will be the case for final release.

That's true but online multiplayer races shouldn't be locked behind artificial game grind either.

Absolutely. I shouldn't have to go offline to experience the full sandbox. And multiplayer should just be a click away. Don't go hiding it in menus or behind grinds. Hated that about GT7. You had to unlock the online portion. Kunos please don't go that direction.
why is everybody crying? just go back to offline, if u dont like it, play all the cars, no story, no academy, no special events, just like u want it
