Stuck at 20fps?

Hi all, thought I'd give Evo a try but no matter what I do I'm stuck at 20fps, never no more or less.
I've tried all graphics presets, all with fsr set to performance, no matter what it won't go above 20fps.
All my drivers are up to date inc windows etc, I've even unplugged other monitors.

Details;
Ryzen 5 5600x
Amd RX5700xt
32gb of ram

Resolution at 1080p

Any advice is welcomed, not only for me but for any others with a similar issue later down the line.

You can't change the resolution in game atm full screen isn't working it is using system settings. what you need to do is set your desktop resolution to whatever you want the game to run in.
That will fix your fps. I should add that the full screen you get is just a borderless window.
