release time?
Does anyone knows at what time will it be released? And why is there no pre-order?

no pre order cos it s early access ;) (in fact EA is the pre order ! )
but I have the same question for the release time, actually we don't know exactly when the EA will be available the 16th. (I hope Midnight but not sure ! )
