I also have RF2, ACC, AC, ACE, PC2, LMU, AMS1, and AMS2 on PC.
SO, anyone who has console and a PC, and is a racing enthusiast.
Guess i must be the only one who finds it weird that someone who already owns the game on steam would care what the console release will be like. Unless you still had friends on console and expect crossplay. I could see that.
GT7 on a PS5 Pro with PSVR2 is the ultimative experience. I doubt it that Evo will ever be able to compete because so far it's absolutely rediculous how inefficiant that game is, it takes like 5x the raw power of a PS5 to still look half as good and run at 20 FPS.
Но боюсь даже с хорошими игровыми ПК она будет не под силу многим, ввиду слабой оптимизации. Консолям будет несравненно тяжело.
However to call GT7 the ULTIMATE sim? No. There is far more competition out there now, its not 2005 anymore, and GT7 is arguably one of, if not the weakest one in the series. Its still good, i have it on ps4 and if they had ever brought it to pc i would get it in a heartbeat. But what evo is doing, they are bringing the realism and physics of AC along with the gameplay of GT, PLUS a free roam mode.
Yes, right now its rough. Its beyond rough. And i wont even try to say that ACE is the "ultimate" sim based on whats promised to come. Im not saying that. However if kunos gets it together and ends up delivering on their promises, there is definatley the potential to overtake pretty much everything else on the market, including GT.
ACC on PS5 is a much better experience than on PS4. My PC isn't connected to my 65" TV either, so it's nice to just fire it up on a whim, take a lap or 2, and then put into rest mode in literally 2 seconds. Pick up later.
And im not just talking about graphics, resolutions or framerates. Yes everyone knows that the pc version will always look and run better on a proper pc then a console. You really cant honestly debate that. So that aside, im talking about the experience as a whole.
My simagic setup along with my VNM shifter is better then anything thats playstation compatible right now. Then you have the ability to have a quad setup, triple monitors plus a 4th for real time race stats, digital dashes, etc. If vr is your thing, while the psvr2 is a big improvement over the 1st model, the vr experience is far better on pc due to the avilablity of choice, better hardware, better optimization etc.
Then you get into things like button boxes, bass shakers, lighting setups such as phillips hue or even govees that can be used for everything from ambient lighting to flag and rpm lights, and all the other extra add ons and periphirals that are available on pc that just dont exist on console. All of this adds to the overal experience of not just ACC, but any racing game.
Now, if you dont have the room or budget for any crazy setups, or just want something super simple plug and play, thats fine. ACC plays perfectly fine on playstation. If it suits your personal preference and budget then thats what best for you. But to compare the potential experience of the same game on console vs pc, its night and day. Its not even close. Im not trying to "convince" you to "get a pc" like so many others do when the topic comes up. Your obviously already on pc. But to say that a console provides a better experience in racing games vs a pc is just factually wrong on so many levels. You can certainly prefer one over the other, and your not wrong in what your own preference is. But factually speaking its just not true.
i cant see a console release, they have way to weak cpu´s and not enought ram.
maybe a crippled down version like AC1 on consoles.... 16 cars max grid^^
