I dont need mods to be hyped for evo
Honestly i hate having to rely on mods for the original assetto to be usable

Day and night cycles added, rain added, better lighting thanks to Pure.
Hundreds of top-quality tracks and cars.

I don't think you've read up on what modders are capable of with the content manager.

Mate I use pure and the like
I'm not knocking the mod devs but don't you think these features should be in the Game to begin with?
I shouldn't have to pay extra for weather or a damn UI like CMRT
these should be in the game to begin with

As far as I'm concerned the only things mods should actually need to add is cars and tracks
Not features that are standard in 2024

Yes that's true but assetto corsa was released in 2014, and it was an excellent game for this year..
Even gran turismo 7 offers rain on only 10 of 39 tracks.
In forza you canét even have the sun and rain in the same race. (2023 )

I know it's an old game guess what evo is a game that hasn't even come out yet
I expect these things in the base game without mods
Kunos has been excellent with ACC and is still my go to sim racer currently over the original assetto
I expect evo to be even better

And forza motorsport is the worst comparison you can make
That game was horrible at launch and still is horrible

Nobody will waste their time creating mods if nobody plays the game.

if someone had asked me two months ago who the most reliable game developers in the world are, i would have said the guys who created Assetto Corsa. But right now, I can't say that anymore. It's a disappointment.
