But misery is a bit pointless as you know you are going to die. Hence my suggestion of regaining 1% condition a day. That still retains the challenge whilst giving us a chance to survive. I'm now of day 105 of misery, I refuse to die. But yet I know it's inevitable. And that is my problem with misery mode, the inevitability of death.
the game misery is designed that you die after a couple of dozend days and startover not to survive for ever ;). i know we can survive on loper at least, but i am on day 225+ on misery 100% Health, dlc done so misery is not the answer to die under 100 days. but if we die under 100 days it is more like a ATDS challenge then.
I want to add that "sandbox" play means open ended; So with no ending. Broken body by definition takes that away from sandbox mode.
Misery
We’ve been working on a new Experience Mode, specifically made for Interloper players who have maxed out that mode and are looking for a new level of challenge. Misery takes Interloper and ratchets up the difficulty by adding six new Afflictions that are applied over time. The purpose is to survive in the mode for as long as possible after all six Afflictions have come in, and while we’re not 100% sure yet as the mode is still being playtested (with some help from some of our Interloper players from the community), we suspect the Days Survived counts will be in the dozens and not the hundreds like some existing Interloper players are able to achieve. Just trying to keep the game fresh and challenging for a group of players in our community who really like punishment! Of course, this mode isn’t for everyone.
i did sundered pass the story and finish FA and survive the cold, very close with a blizzard :P on day 200+. so if you like to explore it is hard but you can do it. i avoid Black Rock and Bleak Inlet for now next and final map i do is HRV
so i think maybe misery is not hard enough if i read the information and the final broken body description. but we will see :)

But I think taking out Stims is too much. Nobody is safe from some wolf jumping out of the corner. I wanna Stims back. Setting up the run takes a lot of time, and losing a good run after a single random accident without any chance to recover is not much fun.
