Why not split Baseline Resource Availability?
It's already kinda stupid that the availability of advanced clothing, pre-crafted bow'n'arrows, manufactured tools and high tier food items are all cramped into 1 setting and only 1 setting. Now signal void is also tied to it. Why not split these settings into multiple in custom?

Same as weapon availability, there should be all subsection of items locked to loper availability in custom.

Yeah at this point, the only reason I can think of to keep it is to simplify the custom game setting. The issue with that thinking is that, anyone that would play custom would not need that simplification in the first place.

has anyone confirmed positively whether or not we can find the radio in custom loper? So far all ive seen is speculation. I changed BRA to medium but cant find a battery in milton yet ive found fuses and wires

2bh more agency in a custom mode is rarely going to be bad. Unless they ♥♥♥♥ it up super bad it would be better than what we have rn almost certainly.
