More cooking spots around the fire
I love the new cooking method. But why are there only two available slots on the fire? I'd like to be able to surround the firepit with cooking meat.

Understood, When you consider places such as Paridise Farm and Grey Mother's have a fireplace and a stove in the kitchen that has 6 spots and other shelters have less, Trappers has two and all the Ice Fishings Huts have one. My only conclusion is the Devs are trying to even bases out and not give us a "perfect" home.

yea.. its time to grab a pallet, make some skis coered with hides and push a stove onto it and drag it thru the snow to your new house. ;) then of course light it up with the bow using a stick instead of matches. well.. one can dream.

If we could commit resources to add a third spot...for instance 5 sticks and a pot in order to have a dangling cooking pot over the campfire...that would be great.

I think 3 spots would be a good middle ground. As it is a lot of people already run two camp fires or even more which is a bit silly

With a pile of raw meat in the middle, and a campfire on each side, it's actually rather easy to cook up a moose with very little stress outside of weather changes. Set the fires in a cave and you can skip that worry entirely.

+1 to an option for a hanging pot or just a good old fashioned spit.
