Stuck inside Pleasant Valley Farmhouse

I looked the wrong way at a furniture crate and it shot me inside the wall where i am now stuck underneath the staircase.
I cant place a bedroll and i cant load a save cause i turned off basebuilding mode while inside the wall and then it saves.
Any ideas?

Probably too late, but I managed to get unstuck from a tire inside the PV barn. In this circumstance I was stuck 'on' an item, so rapid-fire reloading the game (as I dumbly saved using build menu) while trying to move ended up loading the world with me outside and off the tire. So being stuck under the staircase might be a tad different, but rapid-fire reloading your world while trying random stuff could still result in success.
