If I use the prybar to get into the Milton gas station, I have to use it again to get out. This happens on both doors. One pry per door should do it.

To get into the gas station, both doors need to be broken down with a crowbar. After that, the doors open like in any house
And if you've already hacked the door and entered inside, and then exit through the same door and need a crowbar again - that's a bug...

It's a consistent feature/bug in my experience for the door that you don't open to enter. You have to pry the door open to get outside, and then pry it open again to go inside.
