Cougar spawning too often.

Watching a Kimiota stream for the past few days, it has been observed that in Coastal Highway and on a late game Interloper save, the cougar seems to spawn in all of the cougar spawn areas without any tasteful cooldowns or population limits. Kimi killed something like 4 or 5 cougars in a matter of days all in the same region.

This seems like a bug. Have you experienced this issue in your save?

Maybe it's not a 'real' bug?
Maybe it's appearence is based on a calculation...?
If Kimi has been in CH for (let's just say) 210 days on Loper...it might just be calculated to 210 days / 30 days equals 7 Cougars for that region!

Yes, that seem to be waaaay too many of them for one region!
...at least in that short period of time!

yeh i play on loper and i got 3 in CH the same day not fun tbh, killed 1 , quit when the other 2 spawned

I got a cougar in TWM about 20 days into my run. And another one right after in a different spot on the same map. Kinda felt that wasn't supposed to happen.
