Choosing Wintermute at the title screen, on a Steam deck, causes the game to completely shut down and go back to launch screen

Does this happen to anyone else? I own the DLC for the story mode so I don't understand why this is happening or how to fix it.

seems survival and story are two diff things , i get the same on pc
