Pointer keeps disappearing

Hey, my mouse pointer disappears when playing, I have to keep going to screen size change it and change it back to get the pointer back. I have to do this everytime I enter a building.

also, when the pointers not there and I pick something up it won't tell me what I've picked up and the stamina bar int there unless I do the screen size thing.

I have done all the steam things like Verify integrity of game cache. Still the same.

I can pick stuff up but I have to guess as the middle pointer isn't there. when I do pick something up the object name and info isn't there. if I was to change resolution and change it back to what I started with I can see the pointe and object names.

I have to do this every time I go indoors or out.

when I start outdoors I change the res and change it back the pointers there, when I enter a building it goes and I have to do the res again. when I leave to go back outside it has to do the change res again.. it's annoying as it's ruining the experience of the game.
