Carry Weight Mod v1.0.1 not working?

All my other mods work but this one dont. tried to remove all other mods except this one and it dependency but nope nothing..
Anyone else running with this mod have any suggestions.. it is listed as working on https://xpazeman.com/tld-mod-list/

"Carry weight mod" is now part of "Universal Tweak". All importants informations of using mod is on the "Discord" of Xpazeman. TLD mod list and Gifthub are not up to date.
